<p>TRI-TEMP AIR Conditioning services rented my property in Zambesi Rd in Sinoville. They made a lot op promises - and did not keep ONE. They also left my property in a state.<br />This was the original correspondence between me and the owner:</p> <p>Hi Linda</p> <p>Ons huur die perseel soos hy is en sal die instand houding ons self doen en die plek uit verf, ons wil hom jaar tot jaar huur met minstens 3jaar tot 5 jaar. Ons gaan lugreelings besigheid daar doen en net sekere toerusting sal daar geberg word die res word op ons tereine afgelaai. Die palisades kan net so bly of hy kan dit afhaal ons gaan dit in elk geval gebruik vir advertensies.</p> <p>Ons gaan die huis vir kantore gebruik en jy kan die woonstel uit verhuur indien jy so voel. Die huur sla maandliks ****ant aan jou oorbetaal word.</p> <p>Ons gaan ook lugreelings in die kamers insit end it gaan dan daar bly sou ons die dag weer aan beweeeg.</p> <p>Hoop jy vind ond aansoek goed gunstig.</p> <p>Groete</p> <p>In another email when I asked for a 5% increase after a year the owner wrote the following:</p> <p>* Ons het gras geplant en uit geverf. </p> <p>* Electriese hek motor, stoor aan die kant gemaak goed weg gery. (They have removed the electic gate motor. I have pictures of the bakkie that removed the gate motor.<br /><br /></p> <p>On 12 January I received a call saying the business has grown so much and they are moving the end of January. "And I don't want the deposit back you can keep that"<br /><br />This is what really happened:<br /><br />1. They did not stay for 3 years.<br />2. When they moved there was NO grass in sight</p> <p>3. They painted the house, but as follows: painted the front of the house with a grey and orange. The inside of the lounge with an oily type green paint with 2 'black boards' The walls at the back and side were not painted but left filthy dirty.<br />4. ALL air conditioners have been removed from the premises.<br />5. They damaged the ceiling in the one room and left a hole in the wall.<br />6. All the white marks of paint can still be seeing at the premises.<br />7. The DB boards are not the same as I left it, have to get an electrician as sub- prepaid meter no longer connected.<br />8. I did not get all the keys back. In fact locks have to be replaced.<br />9. Left a whole lot of ******* in the driveway.<br />10 They removed the washing line that was installed at the back of the house.</p> <p>11. Shower head missing and tyles damaged in shower.</p> <p>12. In February some workers were still on the premises.</p> <p>13. They removed the gate motor.</p> <p>I sent the owner a message saying that I will give them until the 28th of February to fix all: He rep**** by saying I must talk to his Lawyer.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
