No Feedback No Reponse No refund

I was geared up to take part i the Trirock Triathlon event on 20 March 2016.<br> <br> 3 days before the event I received an email stating that the event was cancelled and that we could either:<br> 1) Enrol for the Durban event later this year or;<br> 2) Request a refund.<br> <br> I rep**** on the 17th of March and took option 2 for a refund as travelling to DBN for this event will not happen. I also supp**** my banking info.<br> <br> I heard nothing and decided to email again on the 29th of March...again no reply.<br> <br> In fact, before this, I sent 8 emails to a guy called Grant and [Email Removed] about something else and i did not once receive a reply. I even requested that my friends in the team follow up as i was getting worried.<br> <br> The Trirock team is very unprofessional and you would expect that one of them would at least make an effort to get back to you.<br> <br> I expect the refund as soon as possible, and so do my team mates!<br> <br> I will think very carefully before entering another Trirock event with this company!!<br> <br> Regards<br> Kobus
