Tri Partitioning CC - bad client care/service

Tri Partitioning CC (https://tripartitioning.co.za/) caused damage to my property during their construction process. After numerous emails and after admitting guilt they refuse to reimburse me for the damage caused. They were very apologetic at first, but after they discovered that they neglected to pay their insurance, their demeanor took a hostile turn. I have tried numerous times to resolve this matter amicably but am now forced to take them to court in order to resolve this matter.
