TRG Comprehensive Technologies solutions - Bad Support

We bought RiteTime software from TRG Cape Town. The software is a few revisions behind. We placed an order on them for an upgrade of the software a few months ago. We are waiting, we have send many emails they ignore the emails. We have already paid for next year licenses R150 000. Suddenly we get no support from them.
