Bad after sale services

We bought a treadmill from game store and the bolts were missing from the box, we reported this and were told to report to Trojan. Incorrect bolts were delivered after 2 weeks. all this time I had to call and email to get assisted. I'm even thinking of taking this treadmill back to the shop.
