I would just like to warn people out there with regards to Trevor Jaggard Attorneys. I have received several calls and messages from them explaining that my late father has an outstanding account with Nedbank, as I was not aware that he had an account with Nedbank at the time of his passing I proceeded to contact Nedbank who did confirm that there was no account, the further more instructed me to contact the Nedbank Investment Department as it was possible that he had an account there and one short call later I was informed that there are no accounts at all. I am still not sure why they have been phoning me other than the simple explanation that it was with regards to an outstanding sum with Nedbank. I cannot confirm that this was ***** but I would advise the public to be weary of such calls and to ensure that ********** accounts are not being submitted.
