Unproffessional conduct.

I have asked for a statement form these ********* since 2017, for my nedbank credit card. No response. 2 days ago they literally took the last money out of my account , without warning. I still dony have a "paid up " confirmation . I dont know how these people call themselves lawyers. Its ridiculous.
