PATHETHIC, *********** NETWORK CELLC

I booked in my device on the 25/04/2015 and was advised that it takes 21 working days. To date i have still not received my device after numerous of phone calls to CellC and already paid R1260.90 for the repair. Apparently the device was sent back to the store with no reason why it was not repaired!!! this is the most useless network provider and i regret taking out a contract with them. They reassure you that everything is in order yet they are very ***********!!! It is a month and almost 2 weeks now that i am still with no phone. this is ridiculous and i am really disgusted by their stinking service and for future will not recommend this network to anyone!!! i have called in today 03/06/2015 and was advised that a teamleader/manager named Dima will return my call, still waiting!! WOW
