Terrible Experience - Money lost

If I could score 0 out of 5 stars, I would. I made an appointment for both my boyfriend and I to have a tattoo done at this place for 3 weeks ago, did the 50% deposit as requested to ensure our appointment was booked.

The morning of the appointment I message them to ask if our designs were complete and if everything is in order, he then proceeds to tell me that we cannot go through until the deposit reflects in his account. A few days go by and I haven't heard anything back about the deposit reflecting in his account, so I call my bank to ask and they state that it has gone through to his account successfully a few days ago. I then message him with this information stating that the money has to be in his account so we need to reschedule an appointment. I then get told we'll schedule it that same day at 10h00. From there I get ignored, left on read for a few days.

I am at the point of demanding my money back, because our designs aren't done, he is ignoring my efforts to try and make an appointment to continue with the service that I have paid the deposit and we are at the point of him being online, posting statuses of tattoos done but simply ignoring me.

I would not recommend this business or service to anyone, even though their work looks great it's not worth the stress of losing your money paid as a deposit even though no designs get done and no further arrangements for appointment gets made.
