Disappointed

I am so disappointed. I bought the new hair food Botanic. It's been a week and I still cannot wash this product out. My hair is now falling out. My scalp burnt and there are also small soars on my scalp. It's so painful to just brush my hair. My hair is now brittle and extremely dry and damaged. I will have no choice but to cut my long hair. I am so sad and disappointed. All the other tresseme products I used were all great products so when this product came on the shelves I thought let me try it. Biggest mistake ever! I wished I could add photos for you to see in what state my hair is.
