Utterly ridiculous

Hi, I just want to share the horrible experience I've had with tres Jolie...wedding was booked for 20th December 2020, by February 2020 R46K was paid , and then unfortunately, Covid-19 hit and I unfortunately had to cancel as most of my attendees were elderly or considered "high risk"...after fighting, they offered a cancellation fee of 47% of the value paid...went to the cgso(consumer good and services ombudsman) , they recommended a full refund but tres Jolie was in disbelief that they hadn't had the upper hand anymore...8 days ago would've been our wedding, a new strain of covid-19 has been spreading rapidly throughout the country and their argument in May was " who are we to say if coronavirus will be around in December?"...I am disgusted with the the horrible treatment I've been getting for something I didn't cause...no one caused it!
