Terrible Christmas Lunch at Tres Jolie Restaurant & Venue

If I could, I would rate them 0/10. Had Christmas lunch in December 2023 and what an absolute disgrace. From miscommunication between managers and waiters, to tasteless starters, to main meals that gave my family and I (all 11 of us) diarrhoea. Not only was the food disappointing, but we were stacked like sardines in the venue with small chairs and limited table space. The roof had a leak close to the food station, the waiters were running like headless chickens, 45 minutes waiting time for drinks orders and managers that couldn’t be bothered by our concerns. Terrible experience.
