Pathetic party coordinator

We had my sons birthday party at Trés Jolie and everything was arrange and planned before hand. Nothing was arrange or done by the time guests started arriving. Staff had to be told about each thing we need (which was all plan and standard set up ahead of time). Was extremely frustrating and embarrassing. Every single thing I needed to ask about and get set up. Ridiculous. Luckily the children still had a great time but the party set up and handling side of things really needs alot of attention.
