Ignoring emails regarding cancellation

I booked accommodation for an event happen at Tres Jolie, and the event was cancelled. I emailed them on the same day that the event was cancelled to cancel my accommodation and get a refund excluding admin fees, but for 3 days they have ignored me with no response. I will never attend an event at Tres Jolie for this appalling behaviour.
