Treoc accountant not reliable

I joined Treoc in early 2010 and I was introduce to thier way of creating Trust. I registered my property trust abd givne Cassie to be my accountant under destinataholdings.com. I decided to leave accountant due to high fees. Upon joining new accountant, we could not find information for Tax filing. I contacted Cassie on numerous time, but with no luck. I approach SARS where I found that Troec (Destinaholding representative did not submit AFS from 2016 -2019. Moreover, he did not register my family trust for Tax. I notify Treoc and requested that they pay for me as I paid to bring my businesses tax inorder above what I paid them since 2010 to end 2018. I sent communication to 'Cassie Henning' *** '***' ***. I received no response from the person who lead destinataholdings.

Treoc took my money but did not perfom accounting and SARS requirement as they promised and they are refusing to compensate me for the loss as I have to pay to birng my business Tax inorder.
