Trentyre taking advantage

I hit a pithole in Witbank and urgently needed to replace my tyre, as Trentyre being the closest dealership I went straight there. After inspecting my vehicle, I made it very clear that my I need a run flat as my entire car has run flats. I was told that there are runflats in stock and charged approxiamtely R 2400. I thereafter travelled back to Johannesburg with my new tyre, only to find that it was in fact not a run flat. This is absolutely disgusting as not only was I travelling with the incorrect tyre putting me at risk, my car no longer was under warranty. The service received at the Witbank was shocking as they were cleary just trying to make money and take advantage of a female who is none the wiser. My advice to all- do not use Trentyre!!!
