My Fiance has been waiting 12 weeks for Trentyre to pay out his provident fund, because of a mistake that they made with regards to the interest that he had to get on his money. We've been calling them every day of every second day for the past 3 weeks and every time we get the same answer, that they have to wait for the interest to be calculated. So they've either been struggling with a math problem that any one who had maths at school can calculate or someone hasn't been doing their job, either way we are still waiting for our money. And to crown it all of this is not even the first time they didn't deliver on a promise. A few months back my fiance was relocated with the promise of a higher salary, when he got to the new branch his salary hadn't been changed and after a lot of debating and once again phone calls to people who had no clue what was going on his salary was changed, not to the original agreed upon amount but with only a certain percentage. oh and before that he was acting supervisor at a site until the position could be filled, but the position was never advertised and when my fiance told his branch manager that he wanted to take over that position permanently his manager told him that they had someone who is more experienced, so after my fiance's relocation everything started going south at the site because turns out the person who was appointed because of his "experience" couldn't do the job. Good service can be expected from companies who look after their employees, but how can a company whose employees are unhappy ensure great service.

Customers will never love a company until the employees love it first - Simon sinek
