Response time on logged call

Kimberley trentyre must be proud of their poor service delivery. 11 hours to respond to a call out. Just to take the tyre and dissappear again. The truck is less than 45km away from their depo. The manager Mr Lourens just said that there was nothing he can do and we have to wait. Totally unacceptable. Truck has been standing for 13 hours due to there lack of service. As a transport company we have lost a huge amount of money due to them. I honestly hope that their branch will be investigated in this regard
