Ordered and paid for tyres, never delivered.

I ordered two tyres on Wed 30 March from Trentyre for my truck.<br> <br> I was told that they had them in stock but could only deliver and install them once they had received proof of payment for the quote they would send me.<br> <br> I paid by EFT and sent proof of payment (after having to call them when they got my email address wrong).<br> <br> I was then told that I would only receive the tyres when the money had reflected in their bank account (another day without my truck on the road).<br> <br> After calling them about 10 times on Friday 1 April to check if the money had reflected on their side I was told sorry, we actually don't have the tyres that we said we had. So I had to get through the weekend without the tyres.<br> <br> I then found the tyres from another supplier and asked Trentyre to refund my money.<br> <br> I was told that they were looking for my tyres. I said, no, please refund me.<br> <br> I was then told to provide about 6 documents (cover letters on company letterheads etc.) in order for them to refund me my money.<br> <br> It is now Friday 8 April and I still have not got my money back.<br> <br> This company is absolutely hopeless and I really recommend that you avoid them if you need something done efficiently for your business
