Alignment gone wrong

I went in to true tyre boksburg on the 26/05/2015 at 12h26 it was a Saturday and toda it the 26/08/2015. My vehicle went in for alignment. So 3 months into driving the vehicle I noticed that my tyres where badly damaged due to the alignment being off so I took the vehicle back to trentyre. Upon inspection of the vehicle I was told by technicians Herry (one of the senior alignment technician) and Sam that they saw no other cause beside the toe in and toe out that needed correction and that's what caused the uneven wear on my tyres. Then I was told by Johan that it was my ball joints that have a play on them, when I asked the previous 2technicians they advised that it was only the toe in toe out. When the technicians saw their superior they had to agree with him leaving the customer(myself) in a total state of shock. It was clear that the technician where afraid to challenge their superior.i was then told by Johan that if they had done the alignment previously it would not have been what it was currently. I was then approached by the Manager/Owner Anges he advised that it was driver error. Now I sit with 2front tyres that are bald. So much for customer service. Admit your fault!!!!
