Never again!!

This place is a joke!! Ad says will ship in 5-10 business days now 17 business days later still has not left their company. Automated email responses, no one actually answers your questions. Was told it would arrive by father's day the tracking says it's still in process and hasn't even shipped. They won't refund or cancel the order cause the generic automated responses say your order id right on time. The number listed for the company is not even accurate!! I would assume for the fact of the worst service ever they got tired of people complaining how horrible their experiences are with them. Definitely not going to do business here again!!
