Disappointing customer service

If you can please stay away from this utterly unprofessional company, they called me Wednesday, 07 May 2025 at 9:18 am saying that their delivery guy said he is at my place and there is no one, i never received a call from anyone, they then said he will reattempt delivery, i waited for the reattempt and no one called, at 14:36 i called them only for them to tell me that ooh no the delivery guy forgot the headsets at the warehouse thats why he couldn’t deliver and he will reattempt delivery tomorrow Thursday 08 May 2025, i never received any comms from them on Thursday and today is Friday. Very very unprofessional. Please stay away.
