I would like to express my dissatisfaction at the extremely poor quality of the garden shed which I purchased from your company. Since shortly after taking delivery, neither the door nor the window have been able to close, due I believe to buckling of wood and deterioration of joinery. *The window pane has subsequently shattered in the wind* It is utterly DISGRACEFUL that you market these substandard structures as “wendy house type homes” in which you expect human beings to be able to live safely and securely. You have one week in which to reply to my mail and to propose a solution to what is now not a usable structure, before I take my complaint to social media and other consumer platforms.
