Avoid at all cost

I had a granny flat with bathroom built by Trendy Wendy House and Nutec solutions. I was told in the quote that all plumbing and electrical work would be done by certified tradesman. They also quoted for a water heater (Alpha) but they installed a different brand (Syclone). i was prepared to let that go. I had my doubts when the guy doing the plumbing was the same guy erecting the structure. Needless to say, within a few weeks the Syclone water heater had a pipe burst and flooded the place. I insisted they sort the problem and replace the water logged bathroom door. They did replace the door but did not replace the water heater and repaired it by reconnecting the burst pipe. A few weeks later it rained and the roof leaked, the ceiling was completly wet and made a large brown stain, When i asked Trendy Wendy to seal the roof correctly they ignored me . I eventually sealed it myself and repainted the ceiling myself. A few months later a water inlet pipe on the outside of the building burst causing major loss of water. I managed to repair this myself. A few weeks later the water heater again had a pipe burst , flooded the entire device and the entire flat. By then i had installed a laminate floor in the flat which is now totally warped. The bathroom door is again water logged and swollen, I had to get in an emergency plumber to deal with the water heater as it was weekend. He told me that the unit hadnt been correctly installed and that the outside pipes where not allowed as the thin plastic pipes are not suitable for external plumbing of pressurized water. He managed to dry out the electrical components and got the unit working again. However the electyrical components rapidly rusted and the switching unit burnt out as did some wiring. I immediatley contacted Trendy Wendy ( it appears the person in charge is called Najmah ) who asked for photos. I sent photos and of course had no response. Repeated calls gave the same answer that they were waiting for a response from the manufacturer of the Syclone water heater. Then a few days later another outside water pipe burst causing massive loss of water. Not good when we have a drought ! I sent an email with photos and of course no response. Suddenly Najmah wasnt available and when i did get hold of her no offer to undertake anyform of repair or compensation . When i questioned the qualifications of the so called plumber she insisted the guy who did the work was certified. Any further attempts to call them are ignored, they have obviously let the reception know that my phone number must be ignored.
