terrible service for over 6 months

I have to agree with the previous complaint laid against this lady. (Charlotte) Ordered a few items worth thousands and was also getting the run around until i threatened to tarnish her name with her empty promises and lies that she sent my parcels and i never received them . Only then di dshe eventually refund my items. This was going on 6 months too. rather use buy a handbag from reputable companies like Steve Madden that costs the same , but not the **** China things she sells.
