Charlotte's Trendy Thrift Shack - STAY AWAY

I ordered items from Trendy Thrift Shack ( Charlotte ) in October 2023. I paid R2500 for a pair of Adidas for my wife. I ordered a size 6 and realised i ordered the wron size. Then corrected the size to a UK 7. It took several months to get in the shoe that eventually in 2024 came to us in a size 6.5. Sent it back. While i was on holiday this company sent out what they thought was a size 7. We got home 2 weeks later and found the shoes were delivered. My wife opened the box that said 7 and inside a size 6.5. Now we have exceeded the 2 week return period and this company just simply says they wont help. DONT spend money here as you will wait for months and get a run around, we have been at it for 6 months now!!!!!! Keep your money and spend it at a legit real store, not one that takes your money and then only orders from China!!!!! Lesson learnt!!!!
