NO REFUND FROM TRENDY SHOES

I bought a pair of shoes from Trendy Shoes Hibiscus Mall Margate. At home I noticed that the left shoe does not fit properly. When I took it back the sales lady said that I must choose another pair of shoes because they will not give me a refund? I told her that there are no other shoes that I want. After explaining what the consumer law says, the manager asked me if this is a thread! So please find out first if you buy from them if you can get a refund if you are not happy with whatever you buy from them. They gave me my refund but it was very unpleasant!! Will never buy there again. It happened early January 2015. They kept my slip.
