Zero for customer service !

They don’t deserve a 1 rating, a zero rating is what they should get. I’ve been waiting for my 2 parcels for a month now. I followed up with customer services on WhatsApp and I hardly get any responds . I also sent emails and even messages on Instagram. I’m so disappointed at the lack of urgency this company has , the customer service lady (Nhlanhla ) has no respect to say the least ! Sies!
