Worst service of my life.

Bought two sets mid December 2020, it only arrived in January ‘21 with so many defects. I sent messages and emailed them and; received no response, I finally decided to call weeks later and her very short answer was send it back, no apology from her! After sending it back, I emailed them again with the belief that the items were delivered to her by that day to ask if she would refund, fix or credit my account but still no response. I called, she asked me to send a WhatsApp and she read some of the texts and has simply ignored them, didn’t respond and she now sits’ with both money and items in hand. I tried sending her WhatsApp messages today and they haven’t gone through!
