Worst Online Shopping Experience Ever!!!

Bought a serenity set from her in March and still have not received it to date! She made me choose another colour only for her to tell me that it’s discontinued. Fine, asked for a refund and that of co**** is a problem! Honestly this is the worst online shopping experience I ever had. I want my money back!
