This business must fall - it’s a ****!

If there was zero stars I would rather put zero. Ipssy sent a **** waybill informing me that my parcel would be collected by DSV last Friday the 27/10. When I followed up with DSV on Monday 30/10, they reported that there was nothing on their system. When I then CC’d her in the mail from DSV she rep**** saying that DSV couldn’t collect on Friday and she had informed the clients - she didn’t! Then continued to message me on the side and made it about race and that she didn’t give a “rats ass” (her exact words) about the reviews on Hello Peter! DSV then followed up on the delivery on email by Tuesday 31/11 as the number was still not tracking and she has yet to reply!!!!!!! She told me her business doesn’t run on R700 (which was the cost of my order ex delivery fee) but when I asked for a refund then - she didn’t reply!!!!!
