Terrible customer service and doesn't deliver

Bought pants and a top on Trendy Secrets by Ippys on the 1 December 2020 and by the 20 January 2021 I still had not received them. I was calling and texting and following up on my order and everything I called they would say it will be delivered soon. I got tired and asked for a refund. Their service is terrible and you have to keep following up on your order. I spoke to some people who had ordered from Trendy Secrets by Ippys and they told me their order took 3 months to arrive and when the parcel arrived it was the incorrect size. I will never order from this site ever again.
