Online Instagram store trendy secrets by ipssy, 5 weeks later has not delivered my package

I ordered an outfit online from their Instagram page trendysecretsbyipssy on the 24th of December. Till today I have not received that item. I have sent countless emails and direct messages and most of the time I get ignored! The last email I received was last week stating that my order will be sent out on the 22nd of January, I sent a follow up email on Monday to ask how far my package was and no response. She keeps posting about sending out packages to other customers and when I send a direct message to her, she ignores it. I sent an email today again asking about my package and still being ignored. Terrible customer service and very disappointing! It is either they send my package or refund my money back pronto
