****mer . No refund. No delivery of product.

This woman is a ****med. I have ordered products from this company in December 2022 and they have not delivered 4 months in to the new year . I have written multiple emails to the business for months enquiring about my order . They respond by saying they are sorry and are working on my order . She has since stopped responding to my emails and I have asked for a refund yet she claims they are working on my orders . She is extremely rude and she continues making orders to her celebrity friends and influencers . She priorities influencers and celebrities . She is very rude on Instagram when you ask about your product she will ignore and post her new designs while flaunting that she is working yet they are people like me who have not received their orders from months ago . If you are a new buyer I would suggest you look elsewhere. Do not purchase anything from this lady . You will be regretful .
