IF YOU'RE NOT A CELEBRITY, YOU'RE NOT IMPORTANT TO IPPSY!

I don't know why I didn't read the reviews before making a purchase from this lady. The most horrible service I've ever experienced. I placed 2 orders on the 9th of August. It's the 16th of September, I haven't received even 1 of my orders. I've sent countless emails trying to follow up on my order, responses like 'I'll find out' or 'your order is not ready' or 'we'll let you know when it's ready' I mean it's almost 6 weeks later. Clearly she works best with celebrities. If you're not a celebrity be prepared to wait weeks or months before you receive your order. You'll see people rocking her recent releases when you have been waiting for weeks.
