Failure to deliver services

I bought a trendyset last year October and I was promised to receive my order 14 Days after sending proof of payment.... Till to date I'm still dealing with this designer that doesn't care about the service she's providing to her clients. I only received my set in January 2021 and the size was wrong I then emailed & called the owner Ikgopoleng Ipssy M and explained she said I must return the order I did that after 2days and then I waited another 2 months she then sent me a different set that I never even ordered I returned that wrong order back to them since then I've requested to be refunded she doesn't respond to emails and when I call the level of attitude she gives me is out of this world she doesn't care about her clients the only people that takes priority in her business is celebrities.
