Do not support Trendysecrets by Ipssy

Please do yourself a favour and never ever purchase anything from Trendysecrets by Ipssy. She and her entire team have no regard for customers unless you’re an influencer. I purchased a dress a month ago and was told it would take two weeks. When I followed-up two weeks later, I was taken from pillar to post, fed one lie after another until I had to call her every other day for my order.

You literally have to beg for your order as if you didn’t pay. She’s extremely condescending and rude on phone calls. I received my order more than a month later and even the fabric used isn’t what was advertised on her pathetic website. It is so disappointing when we try to support black female owned companies only to be given such service. If there was a way of giving them a -*** rating, I wouldn’t even hesitate.
