DO NOT EVER BUY!! EVER!

I purchased 3 items more than a month ago, only received an email confirming payment was received. I initially send an email and received no response then I contacted her via watsapp she said I shouldn't contact her on the number, mind you that is the only contact number on the Instagram page.

She responded to the email soon afterwards only to tell me the order will be shipped according to who bought first..such nonsense. Her website states delivery is between 7-14 days. I followed up before the 14 days lapsed to confirm whether the order will be fulfilled by the time and she said yes. After the 14 days I asked for a refund since she didn't meet her commitment - she said she only does store credit for which I told her I'm not interested in, what's the point if she can't fulfill orders on time if at all. I follower up on my refund a few days after, she has ignored my emails ever since.

I also left a comment on her Instagram page, which she deleted.
