Disgusting Customer Service
I purchased 2 dresses December 2021 only received them in March 2022. The quality of the dresses was definitely not the one advertised on their website and the sewing was poorly done. I returned the dresses and have been given a ru around. I have sent emails and dmd their Instagram, sent an email and I was advised to call which I did, then I was advised to send an sms. I have been been waiting it's the 4th week now. This is the worst service I have ever received from a black owned business especially that owned by black woman it's disappointing. Their customer service is pathetic.

15 Jun 2022, 10:20I still have not received my refund Ipssy has removed me from her Instagram and does not answer calls and text messages. For dress I bought in December. In April she said refund takes 31 days. Today is the 15 June 2022 I still have not received my refund.
