Disappointed returning customer

Extremely disappointed by the service I keep receiving! I made two orders in May 2023 and nothing has been fulfilled to date! Sending emails with no response or an apology followed by “we will deliver soon” then nothing! no answer when I try to call. I don’t know why but I keep believing in the brand with the hope that somehow things will change but nope! Last year I ordered a skirt and a HUGE size was sent months later! when I complained I was asked to go have it altered! I had to give it away! This year the same skirt was repeated and I decided to go for it again and I am still waiting! On sacial media, it is business as usual for Ipsy! Always quick deliver for influencers!
