Awful Customer Service and False Advertising

I ordered a dress in March, only to receive a rather appealing garment in May. This is after multiple emails, SMS and phone calls; felt like I had to beg for something that I had already paid.

Garment is simply nothing like what was advertised. I have requested a refund and that has been a hassle on its own.

The lady, Ipssy, is terribly rude and comes off really entitled.
