Appalling customer service!

Buying from this so called brand has been a complete nightmare. I bought the green jump dress and on the website it said it was in stock. A week after I had not received my order, I sent them a message on Whatsapp asking when I would receive my order, I was told it would be sent the following week. A week later I ask again and I am told that they are still busy with them. I then called them to esquire, only to speak to possibly the rudest person ever. She actually dropped the call while I was still speaking. I still have not received my order and I keep getting told next week. I am taking legal action because I have no time for people who will **** me of my hard earned money. I want my money back. This brand is a huge ****!
