Shocking Service!

Trendy Floors, which operate from Riviera, Pretoria, were contracted to do a carpet installation for the school I work for. It was a sound-proofing installation, and required the carpeting of walls in 4 different rooms. Not only did it take exceedingly long to get them on site to quote us, but the service which we received was sub-standard. A group of 3 men arrived in a dilapidated vehicle with carpets on their roof rack, no branding on the vehicle or branding on their clothing. They informed me that they were from Trendy Floors, and proceeded to start the job. Apart from the fact that they also did not meet their installation deadline, the owner, Hannes, was not on site once to observe the quality of the installation. Shortly after concluding their work and receiving full payment, the carpets began to pull away from the walls. Hannes assured us that he would send the team to address it. It is now over a year later and there has been no attempt from Trendy Floors to rectify the matter. We were forced to contract in another company to reapply the carpets. Shocking service!
