Bad quality delivery

<p> I ordered a coat in May. The description was wool and the picture very appealing. The coat was delivered only in July after sending numerous emails. The material was not wool. It was very light and bad for the amount of money I paid. </p> <p> </p> <p>I contacted them again and asked for a Refund. They agreed to refund me. I was sent a postal address where I should send the coat back. It's two weeks now noone is coming back to me. I have lost money and the bad quality coat.</p> <p>Very disappointed right now.</p>
