Awful Quality Product from Trendy Fashions

<p>I recieved a dress I ordered online from Trendy Fashions last week. It is really the worst quality piece of clothing I have ever ordered online. The materials is cheap and nasty, the buttons are hardly secured and the garment is ill-fitting. When I asked if I could return it I was told that only clothing that is defective can be returned. Is the fact that the entire item defective not good enough? </p>
