No delivery

I have ordered a dress online via [URL Removed] in oct 2015 and I am still waiting. I have contacted them several times and the support guy said that they can either refund me or reorder the same dress again. So I said ok lets reorder. After 2 months again, i am still waiting for my parcel. This is unacceptable. They are spams. They also sent me the link used to track my order and to my surprise its unreadabld because it is in chinese!
