Beware of Trenbdsetters Travel!!!

We pad Trendsetters R38,000.00 for our daughters Thailand school tour, obviously due to Cornoa the trip was cancelled by the school. Marco (the owner) has been promising a refund minus a non refundable R9,900.00 even though we didn't cancel and he should have insurance that covers Corna as an "act of god". He does not take my calls, is not refunding us, and has blocked me on whatsapp after ignoring my messages. They seem to be *****ing our money... we have been told we will get refunded for nearly a full month now.

The late payments you refer to are payments other clients owe you, we on the other hand paid you in FULL yet you wont refund us!!!!!! Why do we have to wait for other clients of yours to catch up on anything to get our refund??? Are you even a legit travel agency? I am beginning to think not!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
