Don’t shop online !!

Paid and ordered for 3 leather jackets 15/09/2018 and today 02/12/2018 still have not received these items ! 3 Months down the line and all they can provide is tracking numbers that cannot be traced ? Can they at least give a refund on items not received ? Don’t shop online !!!!!! Bad experiences with ********* companies !!!!
