Worst online shopping experience ever!

Worst online shopping experience ever. Placed an order in Sept 2018 and 4 months later still waiting for my order. Sent an e-mail in October and they said my order has been shipped from the UK. Sent numerous e-mails again every month trying to find out where my order is and they do not even respond. Have sent numerous messages on facebook asking them to contact me asking for a refund and still no response so this is starting to look like theft...took my money and no goods received and no phone number to phone them only e-mails so I don't know what to do anymore?!? Will never ever purchase anything from them again as this has been the worst online shopping experience ever!
