Used for marketing purposes and still waiting for a prize

I entered a Facebook competition in early December 2018 and I was announced as a winner on the 30 the of December 2018, I have made multiple attempts to contact Trends clothing regarding my prize but no feedback, I have emailed, inboxed and even tried contacting them but nothing instead I have been blocked from commenting on their posts, I feel used by trends clothing, I didn't want this to go this far but it's been too long I just can't let this one slide, Trends Clothing is a **** they will use you for marketing purposes
